All glories to Sri Sri Guru and Gouranga!
Dear devotees,
I am very glad to share with you our happiness of the visit of Gurudev in Bulgaria.
He spent one and a half day in Sofia in the Govardhan Vishnu priya asram. Guru Maharaj could give three lectures during his stay and more then 50 people came for every lecture to see him. It is actually the first time that so many people visit a lecture of a spiritual master here, not including the public programs.
Guru Maharaj also has visited the Vitosha mountain, near Sofia, with a group of devotees and friends, where we had nice picnic and bhajan with him. Also a group of Hungarian devotees came to be with him in Bulgaria - Tamal Krishna prabhu, Gauranga prabhu, Hari das prabhu and Ajit prabhu. They performed very ecstatic bhajans and accompanied Gurudev in his bhajans.
The last evening Guru Maharaj spoke on the revolutionary movement of His spiritual master - His divine grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Srila Prabhupada, which lasted for more than 2,30 hours. After in the late evening, spontaneously five people asked for preinitiation and received japa from Gurudev. Next day in the little hours of the morning he took an air plane to continue his trip to Vienna for an opening of a new asram there.
On the same day Sadhu Maharaja arrived to Sofia. He spent 6 days here giving morning and evening lectures from Chaytania Charitamrta and different songs about Radha and Krishna. Many people came to see him and asked questions. One of the days he visited a Christian monastery in the mountains, where the monks met him with the special Bulgarian yoghurt which they produce and they had very nice discussions. As always Maharaj melted the hearts of all the people he met everywhere and gave a lot of nectar and hope to every soul.
