All glories to Sri Guru and Sri Gauranga. Dear Vaisnavas, please accept my dandavat pranams to all of you.

All over the world the Vaisnavas endeavour to render devotional service and spread the Holy Names for the deliverance to all people. It is wonderful to see the great love and dedication in the devotees from different places in so many countries, where the glories of Sri Sri Radha-Krishna is sung in different languages on all continents. Our Vrinda family has temples and centres around the world, and a lot of them we find in South America; temples that many of us have maybe not even heard about - temples and ashrams, where our spiritual sisters and brothers with great enthusiasm and love serve our beloved spiritual masters and Lord Caitanya's mission. On the South American continent exist Vrinda temples or centres/ashrams since several years in Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Costa Rica, Panama, Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, and recently a centre also opened in Uruguay.

One of these South American places is Antofagasta Mandir, which is situated in northern Chile in the centre of the coastal city Antofagasta. Normally the number of the devotees in this Vrinda centre is about twelve, but many are on transit here, and sometimes there are up to 20 devotees. The temple is quite new with less than six months, but the devotees have had a program here in Antofagasta in different houses for about five years already. By Krishna's mercy they now have a successful vegetarian restaurant, and they sell bread and sweets that they produce themselves. Also courses are given in Yoga by bhaktin Paulina and prabhu Dhira Krsna, and in Shiatzu by mother Gopa, and the Vaisnava academy is being organized. The Antofagasta temple has a very special pujari; a 13 years old vaisnavi who comes there on holidays to maintain a good standard in the attention to the Deity; something that give them all strength to continue their service to Gurudeva.

Let us hope that we all can share with each other the nectar and experiences from our different yatras for inspiration to continue with enthusiasm our devotional service. May Krishna bless His devotees in Antofagasta and all of you for a most beautiful service.
