Dear Devotees,

My dandavats and blessings respectively.

I have been meditating a lot about our mission, our mission to serve Srila Prabhupada. In order to serve my spiritual master I have started many temples and also registered several societies for local management. This is technical and sometimes necessary. But actually when we accept a Guru, that is a very private and personal relationship. Also the relationships with our godbrothers etc. are on a level of friendship and heart to heart relationships. Even though our mission has become larger, I still want to preserve this personal relationship with everyone.

If devotees love each other so much that they want to work together with my respective representative in his temple or department, I am very happy. Of course I cannot do anything without those devotees who love to represent my service to Srila Prabhupada and my ideals in some place. But it is also true that I cannot control everyone. Sometimes there are problems that also I cannot solve. Why? Because I depend on voluntary participation and the realisation of the respective devotees. What I really want to say is the following: I want all the devotees to be more responsible. All of you who believe in my Guru and in my service to him, have to take responsibility in your small or large project and the group of people who help you there.

I have introduced the brahminical parliament. That is a nice idea to help each other. But only happy devotees will spread the love for Krishna. I do not need a large group of devotees who do not like each other or fight over the control of anything. Problems are always here in this world. But the backbone of spiritual love and a real spiritual family is, that Krishna must be in the centre. More or less, I am saying that the Vrinda mission is not really a registered entity. It is my attempt to serve my Guru, making each and every one of you individually and independently responsible to create a favourable surrounding for sravanam and Kirtanam.

One day I have to move on from this world and without me I can imagine the amount of fighting which may start as I have seen in other places. Even now today, with me present, sometimes the atmosphere gets very unfriendly amongst some devotees and frequently I hear the comment: "When you are here, all is nectar but when you leave, the leaders behave totally different and are often unjust, etc." I must say. I believe in our leaders. Basically I think they are all sincere and quite qualified. But mistakes are also committed by most people.

I would not ask somebody to lead others if I would believe he would give sufferings to other devotees. But also following in the footsteps of Srila Prabhupada I give people the chance to show their capacity as leaders with their own efforts and tapasya. We learn to swim in the water. If Srila Prabhupada had waited for perfect leaders to start his mission, it would never have started. But I want all devotees to know: Without their own sacrifice, their own spiritual life will not go very far. They have to accept the mission of their initiation to be a commitment to make everything everywhere around them better. And this through favourable relationships with those who inspire them and are well connected with me. Now and forever.

If such a person is not within your sight, if nobody according to your understanding follows the ideals from the heart, then it will be up to you yourself to continue the mission of Srila Prabhupada and your spiritual master. There is not, and their will not be, a centralized organisation to decide anything over the lives of others. All melas and meetings and committees or parliaments or istagosthis are the forums of Vaisnava friends to get together and find out how to do more for the spiritual master and how to spread Krishna Consciousness in a effective and attractive way.

And the preaching of the pure and true love for Krishna is the number one, number two and number three priority of my Gurus mission. Technical things have to be done well, legally, the least complication possible. But again, that is only possible when real friendly devotees come together to cooperate for that purpose. The mission of love owns no buildings, no farms no business. It only owns the sincere souls who love to sacrifice something for that divine love. Only they are, were and will stay, in contact with divine love. Buildings and attachments to material objects, fame and power make slaves of those who lust after them. Sometimes they even remove them from the path of devotion. The greatest danger in this world.

If some honest man or women has the desire to "own" some house or convenience in this world, there is no problem. They can honestly work for them and temporarily think that they have something in this world. But never use God, your Guru or religious messages for material plans, since that will leave you only with something material and with nothing spiritual. I will dedicate the rest of my life to that preaching and distributing of hari nam, literature, prasadam, and to create many places of real Vaisnava love. That is all I wish and without your help it will be impossible. At least I can do if my Guru allows, and you can do if you remember the correct spirit of the Siksastakam and the Bhagavat Gita. Only then your life will be perfect.

I am so happy to travel around and also help you to increase positive administration of the respective programs. But again I feel that the only mission is your personal realisation. If you want to be with me in that spirit, I am in ecstasy. Without YOUR realisation, you will not be able to do much. Then only your submission to a real Vaisnava will save you. To love and follow a Vaisnava is the real mercy and sukriti, which has come to someone.

I will give as much responsibility to you as you are ready to take. I cannot guarantee that all will fulfil their promise. I also cannot guarantee that they will not make mistakes. That is life. The chance to grow and the chance to go down. I can only guarantee that the path of Srila Prabhupada, the holy name, the Gita and true Vaisnavas will bring you out of confusion and suffering. That I can see , because I have experienced it and I keep experiencing it every day. But we need to ask us each day again: How can I give this day the chance to be the best one in my devotional life?

Our projects are also growing in different parts and sometimes devotees turn to me expecting perfect management etc. I, even now, cannot guarantee that. I am not the Supersoul and I am not Yamaraj. I can participate and remind all to be humble and determined, but that is about all I can do. These Sunday chats are also great. No other Vaisnava mission to my knowledge in the past has had this intensive chance to meet the spiritual master, many sannyasis and advanced preachers. But still, Maya is very powerful and we will keep feeling that and hearing about that. To talk about that is not very conducive for spiritual advancement. Let the advanced devotees deal with the problems of the respective projects locally. Because I would not like to spend the rest of my life travelling around and talking with the people in one place about the problems that may exist in another place. Unless you have dear friends somewhere there is no need to consider problems of other people and places.

For example, when I visit your temple I never tell you and disturb you with the problems I faced or heard about in other places. Only if need is for some specific example, I may give some example from another place.

We have to realize that this is our life; to make the ideal alive in our surrounding. Until you die. The rest will be up to those who remain behind. I wish I could serve even more, but we have our limitations created by the supreme Lord. I am a simple attempt of a devotee of the lotus feet of my dearmost Srila Prabhupada. And I have met all of you by the will of providence, divine grace of the Supreme Guru in everyone's heart.

Help me to serve the truth, and nothing but the truth. That will be your true benefit and the benefit of all those who enter in contact with you. Give the message, give it with love, give it to those who are suffering or curious. Give it with the best example you can. Make your temple the best, clean, loving and generous. Show you love how you want to represent your Guru in every aspect of your life. Let your people testify to the real quality of you as a leader, husband and father. Serve your people. Do not expect from them to be perfect. Forgive and go on. As long as we can preach love to Krishna, our life is a great success

Today I have given you many important keys for your spiritual life. They are not new. But we need them, again and again. The truth has to be spoken again and again, since the lies of Mayas enjoyment world are repeated continuously. To me, helping all of you continuously, individually, is a sacred duty of this Life, which belongs to all of you as representatives of my Gurudeva. Thus I am most happy to help you to make your mission complete. Your mission is my mission. The institutions are not important. Our service, our love and our responsibility, they are important. I am also serving the brahminical culture to protect Krishna projects of cause, but only individuals can give sadhu sanga. That can take place anywhere, even in misery of external sufferings.
